South Beach is a great destination
Miami Beach has always been a very popular holiday paradise. It is located in the Sunshine State, which is just one of the reasons why it is busy all year round. You can count on an annual temperature range from the low 70s to the mid-80s. Just lying on the beach warms your bones and makes you feel so relaxed that you might doze off because you’re so calm.
Miami Beach weather enhances your fun
As you enjoy the full body sun on the beach, the warm Atlantic Ocean beckons you to cool off and swim. Or just being in the water, which might make you think of taking a water ferry to Miami for shopping, sightseeing, and maybe lunch or dinner. Water skiing or renting a jet ski also sounds great.
South Beach is Miami’s most popular beach
It’s really a great community with everything you could want. Beautiful Art Deco hotel lined up on Ocean Avenue across the beach. If you want to even out your tan lines, South Beach is nudistic-friendly, from 17th Street to 5th Street south.
If you have limited time for your vacation and you want to soak up as much as possible, I recommend lunch/dinner at the Versace Tower, reservation required. Not only is the food very good, but you can see this fabulous Mediterranean Revival style building built in the 1930s. Versace lived in the 30-room building from 1992 until his death in 1997.
Miami Beach is a leading cruise port
After your wedding or vow renewal ceremony in Miami Beach, you’re the perfect place for a honeymoon cruise. The Port of Miami is the most popular place for Caribbean or Mexican cruises. We can even take a short day trip by boat or plane to Bimini, one of the closest islands in the Bahamas. Many cruise ship tourists prefer to visit Miami and Miami Beach in the days before or after the cruise. It was like having 2 holidays!
